Minety Community Shop Website (hereinafter referred to as The Shop Website) consider data protection with the utmost importance. We do not automatically collect data from anyone accessing our website (www.minetyshop.co.uk) and our use of cookies is limited only to that required for the operation of the website.
It should be noted that the Data Controller cannot guarantee that the browser or social media route taken to get The Shop Website (i.e. via Google, Bing, Facebook, etc.) do not using cookies or other analytics that may capture your personal information. Where an enquiry is made on The Shop Website, we will collect your email and/or address for the express purpose of responding to your enquiry. Once that enquiry is forwarded to the relevant person, the detail provided by the enquirer is discarded by The Shop Website.

The Shop Website maintains no other on-line data other than the usernames and hashed passwords of those authorised to login and maintain, manage and update sections of the website. As this refers to Minety Community Shop and not individual people (natural persons) we consider that there is no personal data held.
